
makeshift biscotti, i made it without setting out to make it
first baked the dough like this, a log
then let it cool a little
then cut + baked like this, the only thing i really knew about biscotti was that it got baked twice, so i baked it twice:))

always jotting down what i do on little pieces of paper

so i don't forget
i put fennel, orange peel + ginger in these so they are good for digestion too...

random, recipe-less, healthy baking.
it always seems to work out when you trust that it will.
